Thermal

MPI Thermal temperature systems have advanced technology in precise localized hot and cold temperature test equipment. The thermal division has 60 years of combined thermal control system experience. This has brought about a thermal air stream system for today’s manufacturers environmental test chamber needs.

We have designed a system that provides accurate temperature control at the test site as a convenient alternative to larger temperature chambers and liquid baths.

ThermalAir TA-5000 Series

System Performance​

 

  • Airflow: Continuous Air Flow up to 25 SCFM @-80°C / +225°C

  • -55°C to +125°C / +125°C to -55°C in Less Than 10 sec

  • Temperature Control: Environment Air or External DUT sensing directly at the DUT case to ±1.0°C

  • Temperature control Sensor Ports: Type T or Type K thermocouple (2x Head & 2x Rear), and 100 ohm RTD

  • Temperature Accuracy: ± 1.0°C (calibrated system)

  • Remote interface ports: Four: IEEE-488, RS232, SOT/EOT/SFF, 4 USB-Type A, 1 USB-Type B, LAN, PLUS Auto Start Test & End of Test for automatic temperature cycling Hot-Cold-Amb.

  • All this makes for simple control and service ability.

  • -40°C to +125°C / +125°C to -40°C in Less Than 10 sec

  • Temperature Control: Environment Air or External DUT sensing directly at the DUT case to ±1.0°C

  • Temperature control Sensor Ports: Type T or Type K thermocouple (2x Rear), and 100 ohm RTD

  • Temperature Accuracy: ± 1.0°C (calibrated system)
