Sierra Technical Sales is a manufacturers' representative organization based in Silicon Valley California and focused on several market segments, Semiconductor Test, Automotive Instrumentation/Sensors, Military/Aerospace & RF.

We are technical, extremely hands on and take great pride in our high level of customer and principal intimacy. As my dad used to say "God gave us two ears and one mouth so we could listen twice as hard as we speak!"

Vincent Verret is a seasoned Microwave and RF Sales Professional with nearly four decades of experience supporting RF and microwave OEMs around the world. His career spans engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing — bringing a unique combination of technical depth and commercial insight to every engagement.

Throughout his career, Vincent has been dedicated to solving complex technical challenges, driving business growth, and fostering innovation within the RF and microwave industry.

At Sierra Technical Sales, his primary goal is to expand STS’s presence across the RF and Microwave markets. Vincent focuses on identifying and aligning with companies whose technologies and vision complement STS’s strategic direction.

By cultivating strong partnerships and delivering measurable value, he helps these companies grow and extend their reach throughout the Western U.S. territory.

Conchita Boggs serves as the Government Liaison at Sierra Technical Sales, where she bridges communication and collaboration between Sierra’s high-tech manufacturing partners and key government, defense, and research organizations.She plays a central role in coordinating compliance, contract

alignment, and program engagement

to ensure that Sierra’s advanced semiconductor, RF/microwave, and photonics solutions meet the specific needs of government and aerospace clients.

Before joining Sierra Technical Sales, Conchita spent several years in government service, where she developed extensive experience in administrative operations, regulatory procedures, and inter-agency coordination. This background gives her a deep understanding of the structure and expectations within public-sector environments—expertise she now applies to maintaining Sierra’s reputation for professionalism, transparency, and responsiveness.

Conchita’s disciplined approach, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal communication help ensure Sierra Technical Sales continues to deliver trusted, high-performance solutions to government and defense customers throughout the United States.
